At MetaCalc.in, accessible from https://www.metacalc.in, the privacy of our users is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. MetaCalc.in is operated by METACALC, a proprietorship registered under the Government of India's Udyam (MSME) scheme (Udyam Registration No: UDYAM-BR-28-0058765), based in Rohtas, Bihar, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "MetaCalc.in" refer to METACALC.

1. Our Three Services — and How Each Handles Data

MetaCalc.in offers three things, and they handle your data differently:

• Free calculators & charts: No login required. All weight calculations run locally in your browser. The dimensions, materials and quantities you enter are not sent to or stored on our servers.
• Buyer requirements: When you post a requirement, you give us your contact and requirement details so we can verify them and connect you with sellers. This information is collected and stored.
• Seller accounts: When you register as a seller, we collect and store your account, business, lead-activity and payment details so we can run the platform.

2. Information You Provide to Us

• Buyers: your name, phone number, delivery location/pincode, and your material requirement (product, grade, quantity).
• Sellers: your name, phone number, business details and address, plus platform activity such as the leads assigned to and unlocked by you, and your wallet/credit balance.
• Payment details: for lead unlocks and recharges we store the transaction amount, your UPI reference/UTR and the payer's UPI ID (VPA) for verification and records. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank login credentials.
• Verification records: when we confirm a buyer's requirement (by phone or via WhatsApp), we keep a record of what was confirmed and when. This record is what we check if a seller raises a lead dispute.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify a buyer's requirement and connect them with up to three (3) verified sellers.
• To run seller accounts — lead assignment, unlocks, wallet balance, recharges and payment verification.
• To review refund/credit requests against our verification records, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
• To respond to your questions and provide support, including over WhatsApp.
• To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate payments and misuse.

4. How We Share Your Information

A buyer's details are shared only with the verified sellers we match them to — a maximum of three per requirement — so those sellers can make an offer. The commercial deal (price, payment, quality, delivery) is agreed directly between buyer and seller; MetaCalc.in is only a connector and is not a party to that transaction.

We also use a small number of service providers to operate, and your data passes through them only for that purpose: WhatsApp (Meta) for payment confirmation, buyer verification and support messages; our hosting and database providers; and payment/UPI rails for processing your payment. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

5. Data Retention

We keep buyer enquiries, seller account records, verification records and payment/transaction logs for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal data (see "Your Rights"); we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or record-keeping reasons.

6. Log Files

MetaCalc.in uses standard server log files. These may record IP address, browser type, ISP, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages and number of clicks. This information is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is used for analysing trends and administering the site.

7. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like most websites, MetaCalc.in uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Analytics cookies: to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Advertising cookies: to serve relevant ads through Google AdSense and limit repeat ads.
• Session cookies: to keep sellers signed in during a session and remember your preferences.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The calculators will still work, but some seller account features may not work correctly without session cookies.

8. Google Analytics

MetaCalc.in may use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymized traffic and usage data via cookies. It collects only the IP address assigned to you on the day you visit, not your name. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

9. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)

MetaCalc.in may display ads served by Google AdSense (Google LLC). AdSense uses cookies (including the DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. 10. Third-Party Links

MetaCalc.in may link to external websites for reference. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review the privacy policy of every website you visit.

11. Data Security

MetaCalc.in is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS). We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect the personal data you provide. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's Privacy

MetaCalc.in is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

13. Your Rights

You can access, correct or request deletion of the personal information you provided. To do so, you may:

• Email support@metacalc.in to request access, correction or deletion of your data
• Disable cookies through your browser settings
• Use the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on
• Opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of MetaCalc.in after changes means you accept the updated policy.
